The type of personal information we collect:
We currently collect and process personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, your name and
contact details). We will also create, collect and store written or electronic notes from coaching sessions. This is
detailed at the start through our coaching agreement. The information will be used to communicate with
individuals/clients and for the purpose of coaching.
How we collect personal information and why we have it:
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you, linked to our coaching services or from
the contact us form found on our website.
We use the information that you have shared as part of coaching services.
This information is not shared with any other individuals or organisations, unless agreed in advance with you.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this
information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting Rise and Be as
detailed above.
(b) We have a contractual obligation.

How we store your personal information:
Your information is securely stored as shared in our coaching agreement. If you wish for your data to be removed,
please contact us using the details at the top of this policy. Data will be held securely on our server, used solely for the
purposes of us carrying out our obligations to you as our client. Hand written or electronic notes may be used and a
summary sent to you after coaching sessions.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You
also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
